La Conciergerie des Stations & HostnFly offer you this charming apartment located in Megève and which will be perfect for a tourist stay.
It is 40 square meters, has a private terrace and can accommodate up to 5 people.
You can enjoy the calm of the pastures while enjoying the charms of the village.

## Logement
Bright and well-appointed, it comprises a living room with :
- a sleeping area with a bunk bed and a cot ;
- a fully renovated and equipped bathroom and kitchen;
- and a lounge area with a single bedd and a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
This comfortable living room is furnished in the Savoyard style (with authentic pieces salvaged from old farmhouses in the region).
You will particularly appreciate the private terrace, which faces south-west and is not overlooked, offering peace and quiet and a breathtaking view of the Aravis mountain range.
The following facilities are available: secure indoor parking, free Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine, television, iron, hairdryer, oven/microwave, toaster, kettle, Bluetooth speaker, sun loungers, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
Pets are welcome.
Household linen is not included but can be rented.
The Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to propose it to you. The arrival is scheduled at 5 PM, but can be advanced depending on availability upon request by SMS to the Concierge. One of the flat's assets is its location.
It is located in the Mont d'Arbois district: - close to restaurants, shops and ski rental services ; - 200 m from the ski lifts (in winter); - 200 m from the Mont d'Arbois golf course (in summer). Positive:
L’appartement était très bien placé. A 200 mètres à pied du super restaurant la Taverne.
Proche des pistes. Super accès à une place de parking dans un garage à deux pas de l’appartement (juste une porte à traverser) hyper pratique pour décharger les valises.
