Accommodation description
This holiday apartment is located on the entire first floor of the detached house where the extremely friendly owner herself occupies the ground floor. The district of Zell am See, Thumersbach, is located on the eastern side of Lake Zell. The house is slightly uphill which gives a fantastic mountain panorama and views of the lake. Here you can unwind while the famous ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun are just a few minutes away by car
Winter sports in Zell am See / Thumersbach stand for snow security, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the areas of Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang-Fieberbrunn, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding. With just 1 ski pass, you have over 400 kilometres of pistes at your disposal! The ski bus to the Schmittenhöhebahn or Sonnalmbahn and also to the centre is 300 metres from the flat. The flat is located in Thumersbach and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun is about 10 km away. The glacier in Kaprun ensures that you can ski almost all year round. The ideal place for a skiing holiday with family or with a group of friends!


Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located.
