## Access


The flat is located in a private, gated urbanisation, offering great security for you and your loved ones. You can access the villa by car via an electric gate. Once inside the residence, you will be provided with a parking space and will be able to park in the residence, guaranteeing easy and convenient access.


As soon as you have completed all the administrative formalities, we will send you details of how to obtain the keys (independent entry). All you need to do is let us know your arrival time.


TRAVELLER APPLICATION
We offer an exceptional interactive experience thanks to our exclusive passenger application. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating your communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.


ONLINE SHOP

You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book, before and during your stay, all the services you may need: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

## Transit

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT


By car
From Alicante, follow the N-332 towards Valencia/Benidorm, then take the exit towards Mutxamel. Continue along the CV-800 until you reach the El Castillo de Mutxamel urbanisation. A private underground car park is available for easy parking.


By plane
The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC), approximately 25 minutes away by car. From the airport, take the A-70 motorway towards Valencia/Murcia, then take the Mutxamel exit. The residence is easily reached by taxi, or you can hire a car at the airport.


By train
Alicante train station is the nearest, about 20 minutes away by car. There are direct trains to Alicante from Madrid, Barcelona and other major Spanish cities. From the station, you can take a taxi or hire a car to the El Castillo de Mutxamel urbanisation.
