MarBarcelona apartment it is a warm place to stay at.
Whether you come with your family, friends or work colleagues, you will feel at home for sure. Close to Fira Barcelona event area and Camp Nou.
The apartment has direct access to downtown by subway L1, reaching Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia, the characteristic quarter of Barceloneta and many other points of interest. But you can also reach the Airport directly by subway L9. Others: hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, Free Wi-Fi, etc.
Beds are made and each guest gets 2 towels. As a courtesy, you'll find in the bathroom soap and some toilet paper, in the kitchen some basics as (oil, salt, pepper, vinegar), a coffee and tea kit, as well as a cleaning kit.
We want you to have an easy start of your stay! I'm available for any issue you may have Despite not being in the city center the apartment is located very close to underground station with very good and quick connections to airport and Barcelona's city center.
The neighborhood is living a big renewal and you find just around nearly everything you might need during your stay.
Small food shops, supermarkets, market hall as well as bars, coffee shops and restaurants. La estación de metro está a 100 mts, con conexión directa al aeropuerto (27 min) y al centro de la ciudad de Barcelona (15 min). Posibilidades de parking: Parking público descubierto: Parking de las Vías, Carrer Almería, 7-1, 08905 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona Parking de pago: Parking Residencial Joventut - Carrer Joventut, 93, 08904 Barcelona Ambos están a unos 10 minutos a pie del apartamento. Only guests over 21 years old are allowed to book apartment.
Parents can book for under kids over 18years old. 2.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those mentioned in the booking.
In such cases it must be reported before check-in. 3.
Silence hours are from 22:00h to 8:00h to respect neighbours rest.
Guest have to be silent inside apartment, in the terrace and coming in later than 22:00h 4.
We include the final cleaning in the price, but we request to throw the trash in the bins outside the building. 5.
It’s important to take care of the apartment keys.
In case you lost it, you will have to pay 100€ for each missing key set. 6.
Make correct use of towels and sheets, we Will charge you 15€ for each damaged or missing piece. 7.
Local touristic tax is not included: 2,00 euros per adult (+16) and per day and must be paid on check-in. 8.
Damaged or lost of keys 100€, broken or missing towels and sheets 15€ each.
