A 25 m² accommodation, totally refurbished (2021) with high quality insulating materials and electric blinds. Located in a very quiet and cleanly maintained block of flats. Warden on charge. Ski in /out. Close to the shops ( Péclet Galery 200m, French Ski School (ESF) 50m.) Brand new bedding cloth.
Requirements: Non smoking request. Pets proscription. Car street parking prohibited (P0 and P1 parking booking 7 days before arrival, not included in renting conditions)
Children Sleeping cabin : 2 level bunk beds (80cm x 190 cm),and 1 spare berth (70 cm x 190 cm) with mattres, mattress protection, pillows and duvet (140 cm x 190 cm) provided. Clothes storing shelves.
Bath with washbasin on storing cabinet, shower, towel dryer radiator and combine washing-drying machine . Hair dryer available.
Separated toilets.
Main room : Dining area with table, chairs and bench seat. Folding sofa (RAPIDO 140 cm x 190 cm) with matress protection, pillows and 200 cm x 200 cm duvet. Few board games provided.
Corridor :High storing capacity. Built in fully equipped cooking area : Refrigerator, traditional oven, induction cooking plate, filtering hood, 6 unit dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, TASSIMO hot drink maker, electric pancake maker, « raclette » set.
Miscellaneous : Ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning set, basement ski and ski boots locker, 12 USB plug dispatched in the all apartment

The apartment was small but really nice with a lot of storage space. We also really liked the kitchen inventory, they had everything we needed. The location was great, you can start skiing right in front of the building. Overall we had a great stay and everything went smoothly.

Tout était parfait. Propriétaire très accessibles. Appartement tres bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Facile d'accès. Pour les rangements juste ce qu'il faut. Vous êtes sur les pistes. Parfait.
