Ideal finca with impressive views over the mountains and the natural valley of Esporlas.
This traditional property is located in the quiet mountains of Mallorca just above the charming villa of Esporlas which is 5 minutes by car from the finca.
The stone-lined property has 4 airy bedrooms and a large fenced pool area with impressive views over the natural surrounding.
There are no close neighbors and the privacy is full. The villa is accessed from the groundfloor with many large windows on the living room, the kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms.
One of this bathrooms, has a shower and a bathtub.
Upstairs we find a play room and a 4th ensuite bedroom. The outdoor area is large and has multiple terraces, as a beautiful pool area with two covered sitting areas, sun-loungers and a dinning table.
From this terrace you will be able to spot different mountains as the peak of Galatzo (1027 meters). Balearic Eco Tax is paid at the arrival (2.2€ per person per night)
