A lovely house located just a few minutes walking from beaches, cafes, restaurants & shops with a wonderful views.

San Juan de los Terreros, is only 8 kilometers from the fishing port of Aguilas and just 12 kilometers from Pulpi, the capital of the municipality to which San Juan de los Terreros belongs. Almeria city is 1 hour drive, whilst Mojacar is only 40km away along the lovely winding coast road. This road also takes you through the busier resorts of Garrucha and Vera.

La comunicación con el dueño fue excelente. Hubo algunas cositas que ponía en el anuncio que luego no las tenía. Por lo demás todo genial y la casa muy acogedora y en situada en buena zona
