Welcome to Villa Birdie, a country house surrounded by nature just 12 minutes from Oviedo and Gijón, in the vicinity of the La Barganiza golf course.
COVID 19 measures - we are taking extra care to disinfect your space due to COVID-19. We wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer. We clean and desinfect the house after the every reservation and we wear protective equipment to clean all surfaces and during the reception of the guests.
English style and renovated in September 2018, Villa Birdie is a house of very large size with 3300m2 of gardens and ornamental trees, which can comfortably accommodate 16 guests in its 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Completely renovated in October 2018, it is also available for holding small events such as communions or baptisms.
It has WIFI, NETFLIX, children's games room with ping pong table, XBOX console, board games, video library and costumes for the little ones.
The house is distributed as follows:
Low level:
Living room with fireplace: 80m2 structured in various environments including TV area and separate dining room.
Bedroom 1: room in suite of 25m2 for two people with double bed, dressing room and bathroom.
Bedroom 2: approximately 12 m2, equipped with a single bed and bathroom.
Kitchen and office: fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
Terrace with barbecue and direct access to the garden.
First floor
Bedroom 3: 20 m2, with fireplace and television, for two people in double bed.
Bedroom 4: over 25 m2, with 4 single beds, will undoubtedly be the children's favorite !. Two of the beds are 190cm x 90cm and two others are 180cm x 80cm.
Bedroom 5: 25 m2 with two single beds.
Bedroom 6: 25 m2 with four single beds and bathroom.
Bedroom 7: approximately 10 m2, with one single bed.
Breakfast: In collaboration with a local bakery, the guests may order artisan bread and pastries which will be delivered at the chalet in the morning, still warm from the oven.
Basement: (all exterior, with windows, natural light)
Playground: equipped with ping pong table, television, DVD, board games and a variety of toys.

Interior parking for 4 cars.
The property, facing south, is fenced in all its perimeter and has a garden area of 3300 m2 designed on terraces, where fruit trees and ornamentals have been planted.

This house is extremely family friendly. Check-in was very easy. Wi-Fi was good. The garden and the surroundings are beautiful. Our contact Fernando was highly responsive and very helpful.. I would love to return to this house in Asturias in the future and recommend it highly.

Nos alojamos un grupo de 17 personas, estuvimos muy agusto en la casa, tenia todas las necesidades que hacen falta. Trato del anfitrion de 10, limpieza total. Experiencia muy recomendable.

Fantastische familievakantie in een prachtig ruim huis. Grote ommuurde tuin met zwembad. Fernando is een hele attente en zorgzame host. Goede tips en adviezen, snelle communicatie. Top vakantie in een top huis.
