Just in case you haven't read the description, I would like to explain that to get to the house by car, you need experience on very narrow mountain roads.
The road is paved, but it is very narrow and has many sharp curves with slopes.
There are many stretches where it is not possible to cross with another car, so when meeting another vehicle, the driver who has it easier should go in reverse until he finds a place where the two cars can pass.
To get to the house from Biniaraix there are 4 km (15/20min) of quite narrow road and 7 km (25/30min) from the Soller gas station.
We say this because people who are not used to this type of road, the road from Biniaraix to the house can be complicated if they do not have some experience in driving on very narrow roads. The last two curves just before reaching the house are a little closer and are together (These two curves are in the last two photos of the ad) and it is possible that some driver will have to make some maneuver. We have a Citroen Berlingo and we went up there without any problem.
To get to the house we always recommend a small or medium-sized car. We would also like to say that thanks to this narrow road the landscape and the area with very few buildings have been preserved, which makes it a very green place with very good views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The house is in a sunny place very well located for hiking. From the house you can go on excursions to Barranc de Biniaraix, Puig de L'Ofre, Es Cornadors or Es Portell de sa Costa

Wir hatten einen Mega entspannten und schönen Urlaub in der Finca. Juan hat uns herzlich Empfangen und sicher zur Finca geführt. Da wir vor unserem Urlaub mit ihm geschrieben haben, wussten wir, daß die Anfahrt abenteuerlich ist. Gute Fahrerfahrung und ein sicheres und geeignetes Fahrzeug ist wichtig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

großzügiges Haus, sehr guter Zustand, ohne jeden Firlefanz, Aussenküche u. a. mit DREI Grillmöglichkeiten. SEHR kurvige extrem enge Straße hinauf, nur für gute Fahrer.
