The villa is located at Caldetas 30 km from Barcelona 25 minutes by car and 40 by train. train drop you on plaza Catalunya or paseo de gracia.
The Space
The main entrance opens into a wonderful hall from where you have access to stairs taking you to the different levels of the mansion.
On the first floor you can find 3 beautiful rooms and two bathrooms:
- 1 large room with an ensuite bathroom and large wardrobe with private access to a wonderful terrace and views over the sea.
You can touch the medieval tower from here!!! (1 extra bed or crib can be added). - 2 double rooms, 1 with access to the terrace and the other with a big window.
These 2 rooms share a bathroom. On the second floor, you will find: - another ensuite room with a large bathroom and a double bed (that can be converted into twin beds). - 3 more double rooms with 2 shared bathrooms (1 extra bed or crib can be added). - a laundry-ironing room, a washing machine and plenty of wardrobes. Downstairs, the central living area has a dining room, a cozy fire place with sofas, and a reading space with views over the garden and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge and a freezer, a pantry area, a dish washer and independent entrance. Your holiday at the Torre Verda includes access to the private terrace overlooking the garden which has a big table and chairs. The medieval tower next to the main house is only open upon special request. Other features: - Outdoor parking for up to 2 cars. - Wi-Fi available through the property. - Smoking is forbidden inside the house. - If you are interested in events, celebrations, photo or film shootings, etc. please contact us for availability and prices (special conditions may apply). - External visitors or suppliers (catering, photography...) need a written permit from the owner. - Non registered guests are not allowed to stay at the property.

Lorsque nous avons réservé la maison était située en plein centre de Barcelone ce que nous recherchions. Hors la vérité c'est que l'annonce a été mise hors ligne puis remise en ligne avec une autre adresse à 45 minutes de Barcelone. La propriétaire ne nous donnait pas de nouvelles, on a du appelé Ab...
