Our requirements are as follows: •40lb maximum per pet •$250/stay •2 pet maximum Travel by car, boat, or plane to Capmar House.
The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer. If you didn’t travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island. Rent a golf cart, scooter or bikes for the day to enjoy the area.

This home is amazing. I own several beachfront homes in the panhandle and I am very particular and look at all of the VRBO homes we stay at. This one was perfect. It had everything even soap detergent which was a nice extra!

This property was wonderful. Very clean. They give you enough paper towels, K-cups, dish soap, soap for the dishwasher, same for laundry detergent, etc. It can save you a trip to the grocery store. Plus, you get a quiet environment staying out of Key West, with only a short drive to tourist attractions. We would stay there again!!

The property had all the comforts of home. Plus, being able to enjoy the heated pool even through the overcast and windy conditions! The tropical landscaping and the dock on the bay was awesome!Would definitely recommend!!!
