Would you like to spend a relaxing and quiet holiday? Residenza Bouganville is located in a quiet residential area of Garda, but at the same time close to the historic center, to be reached easily in about 15 minutes on foot.
Residenza Bouganville is a large two-room apartment that has a large living area with dining table, sofa and Smart LCD TV, private garden with a small swimming pool.
It has got a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dishes and accessories for cooking, kettle and coffee machine.
There is a private bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The cozy and functional apartment is located on the first floor with independent access and is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, Smart TV-LCD. It has a large covered porch, completed with grill-BBQ, table with chairs and sunbeds.
Ideal for an outdoor breakfast or lunch/dinner.
The porch overlooks the private garden, where there is a small private swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the guests of Residenza Bouganville.
The parking space is right at the entrance to the house.
From Residenza Bouganville you can easily reach the main towns of the lake, such as Garda, Bardolino, Lazise.
The location is very convenient for reaching the theme parks of Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Jungle Park and panoramic points of interest such as the fortress of Garda, the wonderful Punta San Vigilio and the Baia delle Sirene Park. 🔎 Regarding the security deposit: a security deposit of 300 euros for apartments and 500 euros for villas via credit card is required as a guarantee for the apartment.
