Perfect for up to 6 guests, the apartment offers two cozy bedrooms each with a plush double bed, and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room for two extra guests.
Enjoy the privacy of your stylish space, featuring a smart TV, a quaint dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a oven, stove, and all necessary kitchenware.
The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, with towels, soap, and shampoo provided.

This apartment provides easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city, including bus stops and tram lines. Street parking is available for those arriving by car.
Although due to the central location we recommend you visit the area on foot.
You’ll be a 10-minute walk from Plaza del Pilar | 10 min. from Plaza de España | 5 min. from the Ebro River | 15 min. from the Central Market | 10 minutes on foot from the main shopping streets: Paseo de la Independencia, Calle Alfonso I, El Coso.
- The property can accommodate up to 6 people.
- It has air conditioning and heating.
- Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.
- A microwave-oven is also available.
- It is located on a second floor with elevator. Due to its central location and the surrounding area you can hear noise during your stay.
- It also has a decibel detector. Its total area is 47m2.
Distribution of places:
1. Bedroom with a double bed
2. Bedroom with a double bed
3. Double sofa bed in the living room
The accommodation is equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 Cleaning kit
Complimentary coffee
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of kitchen paper
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
