The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside area : - A 5 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Pornic, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. Activities : - Pedestrian and coastal paths - Golf course - Casino - Fishing harbour Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Pornic station, about 4 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, about 41 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Très belle location, très bien située qui permet d'aller à pied jusqu'au centre ville de Pornicseul bémol : le ronronnement permanent des voitures de la route nationale juste derrière la construction donc pas très reposant !
