Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 28 m² living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with shower).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 28 m² living room with double sofa bed. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and Nespresso coffee maker. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, you'll have access to the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in the Rochebonne district, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
