Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas.
These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas.
The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise.
Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.
Refunds: Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations.
Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund.

The cabin was amazing, and in a perfect location between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg! The host was very communicative and helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations and will definitely be coming back.
