Good location, over priced for a basic property with building under refurb

Good location
Property is very basic, no tea and coffee, no shampoo, tv doesn’t have basic tv channels, bulbs missing in the bedroom, washing machine was full of previous stay linen, 10 homeless people sitting on the front entrance steps in the morning smoking weed. Very noisy as sundowns don’t close properly and single glaze.

Great location for city centre. Clean.
Listing is misleading - shows as 3 bedrooms with double beds; there are only 2 of these. Also shows car parking space but this was not available for our stay.
Communication not good - i'd hope not to have chase host for location and check in details the evening...
