Have a good stay! ## Logement Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this beautiful apartment is 800 m from the beach.
It includes: - two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a shower room and a bathroom; - a dining area with a table and chairs; - a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking; - a furnished terrace to get some fresh air and enjoy exceptional sea views; - A tennis court; - shared swimming pool available from 10 am to 8 pm.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Filter Coffee Machine, Oven, TV, Refrigerator, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Carrefour City" is 7 minutes by car.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as: - the Plage du Midi, a 23-minute walk away; - Rochers du Coke at 24 minutes; - Estaquade 10 minutes by car; - Château-Soligny at 19 minutes, and many more.
