The apartment will be exclusively yours for the duration of the stay and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable break in the city.
The open plan living space features a modern, fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need to cook your own meals at home.
The comfortable furnishings provide the perfect space to sit down, relax and take in the beautiful views across the city.
The central location means you are near plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars if you prefer to pop out for a morning coffee, dine out in style or enjoy a cosy takeaway.
The living area also includes a large comfortabe sofa and 4K SMART TV.
There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs.
The spacious bedroom has full length windows, storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen.
There's a modern shower room which includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.
COVID CLEANING SAFETY MEASURES: We are a professional short let management company with operations in major UK cities.
We meet and exceed the COVID-19 cleaning guidelines set out by the WHO and the UK Government to guarantee the safety of our guests: Our professional cleaners: -Use alcohol and bleach-based products -Spend extra time disinfecting high touch surfaces such as switches, knobs and handles -Wear face masks and gloves -Do not leave excess linen in properties Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance; Utilita Arena (5 mins), National Sea Life Centre (5 mins), Lane 7 Bowling (5 mins), The Rep Theatre (5 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (10 mins). Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Lounge and kitchen was ok. Not enough hot water for 2 people to shower. Shattered glass in bedroom window. Very uncomfortable mattress and horrible lumpy pillows
