Recently refurbished with 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with dining table and a private patio.
Perfect for friends, families, or business travellers visiting Brighton. You will have the whole property to yourselves during your stay.
Access details will be provided prior to your arrival. Strictly no parties or late night noise and for group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.

Additional rules: HOUSE RULES: Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. For 728 for four nights in June this place was pretty good value given the location, you could easily spend quite a lot more for a place in Brighton. With that in mind I think it was great value, the place is not huge and is quite basic, but the photos on the listing are a good representation.One th...
