3 the Granary is a spacious category B listed duplex apartment spread across the first and second floors of one of Banff’s most historic buildings, boasting stunning views of the beach and Banff Bay towards Macduff, and conveniently located near local amenities in the charming town of Banff, Aberdeenshire.

Three inviting bedrooms await upstairs with two boasting lovely bay views, the main bedroom features a luxurious king size bed complimented by a cosy double room and a third bedroom with two well placed single beds ideal for children or friends.

3 The Granary consists of a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with Smart TV and dining seating. The bedrooms consist of two second-floor doubles and a second-floor twin. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail, and a WC, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail, and a WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Return year after year to 3 The Granary.
