Discover this magnificent stone cottage, located in Picherande, in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park. Spacious and elegant, this typical house combines authentic charm and modern comfort thanks to noble materials such as exposed stone and solid wood.
The large living room with its stone fireplace and exposed beams invites conviviality, while the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room offer an ideal space to share warm meals.
The cottage is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Living room-kitchen
- A laundry room
- Separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a 160 bed that can be separated into two 80 beds
- A bedroom with a 160 bed
- A bedroom with three 90 beds (2 bunk beds - the top bunk is forbidden to children under 6 years old - a drawer bed)
- A large unpartitioned space with a sofa bed made up of two 90 beds that can be pushed together
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet
Outside, a beautiful space with garden furniture and barbecue allows you to enjoy the sunny days, while the wooded garden is perfect for relaxing. A storage space is provided for skis and bikes, facilitating access to the many outdoor activities that the region offers. Nearby, the Super-Besse resort will delight winter sports enthusiasts, while summer invites you to discover the Puy de Sancy trails and the surrounding villages, rich in heritage and local gastronomy. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Le Gîte est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre au beau milieu de la nature mais non loin de Besse et Super Besse. Emplacement de choix pour randonner dans la région qui est magnifique ! Allez-y sans hésiter !

Superbe gîte récemment refait à neuf situé dans une région superbe que nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à visiter. S’il peut faire chaud à l’étage dans la journée , le rez de chaussée reste toujours frais grâce à l’épaisseur des vieux murs.

Très beau gîte rénové avec goûts. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré la météo car la maison est très agréable, notamment la salon à l'étage avec vue sur le Sancy.Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la très belle vue depuis la terrasse.Brigitte et David ont été très accueillant et à l'écoute.
