The Etihad stadium is just 10 minutes away on foot. Central Manchester is around a 25 minute walk away where you will find the Arndale shopping centre, Chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops.
