Situated on the prestigous Vale do Milho Golf complex, this stunning detached villa is a ten minute walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach which offers an excellent restaurant and snack bar along with water sports in the summer months.
Also within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar, restaurants and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym.
Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the west which has many more restaurants and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.
Casa Joana has a large sweeping driveway which leads from the gate at the bottom right up to the front door of the villa.
On entering the villa, there is a hallway with doors leading to the fully fitted kitchen, entrance WC and through to the lounge.
The lounge is spacious and light and has satellite TV/music system and ample seating.
There is a door to the left leading to the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Patio doors from the master bedroom lead to the pool area.
There is also a further bedroom on this side of the property.
A door from the right of the lounge leads to two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, one of these bedrooms also has access to the pool through patio doors.
Leading from the lounge is a large dining area with patio doors to an internal patio with BBQ and stairs leading to the roof terrace.

We liked everything! The service from Elite Rentals was good from check in to check out. The villa was amazing which made our holiday perfect! We could not fault anything.

Lovely, large villa with lots of amenities in a very quiet, clean neighbourhood. Stunning pool area with bbq. Would thoroughly recommend, the only drawbacks were one smelly bathroom with a slow draining shower tray and there is only one key.

Schöne Villa, gut ausgestattet. Toller Pool, wird einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Schöner Grillplatz, den wir auch einige Male genutzt haben. Zu bemängeln gibt es lediglich die viel zu enge Einfahrt die auch noch von Büschen unnötig weiter verengt wurde. Hier wäre ein Rückschnitt dringend erforderlich. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
