VILLA JACARANDA IN ALCALALÍ

What a location! Phenomenally beautiful and quietly situated in the authentic village of Alcalalí. Villa Jacaranda is a beautiful detached villa with private pool, situated in a quiet residential area with beautiful views over the valley.


Alcalalí is a small village, with approximately 1300 inhabitants. It is located in the Jalon Valley, in the middle of the almond, orange and olive trees. There is an authentic village square with a church and a few bars/restaurants. Within cycling/walking distance, in Jalon, Parcent and Orba, there are even more restaurants to be found. The beautiful seaside resorts of Moraira and Benissa with fine sandy beaches, idyllic bays, nice harbours and water sports facilities are 18 to 25 km from the house.


Villa Jacaranda is a lovely holiday home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, a naja, which you can close off with a a glass facade and a beautiful outdoor kitchen with BBQ, under the canopy. Here you can enjoy a long meal to end the day peacefully.


LAYOUT VILLA JACARANDA

Villa Jacaranda is entirely on the ground floor. Through a gate you walk via a typical Spanish staircase to the villa. You enter the utility room where the washing machine and freezer are located. Then you walk through to the spacious open kitchen. This is very fully equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven. 5-burner gas stove, kettle, coffee maker (filter coffee and a Nespresso).

The living room is tastefully decorated, dining area with large dining table, spacious sitting area with fireplace, music system, air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito nets for the windows. There is a smart TV, you can log in to your own streaming service on the TV.


From the living room you walk straight into the naja, where you have a beautiful view over the valley, the naja can be completely closed off by means of a glass facade. You can also walk from the naja via a small staircase to the pool.


Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

Bedroom 2: a double bed (150 x 190 cm.) mosquito nets, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower, a sink, toilet and bidet.


The entire house has shutters.


OUTSIDE AT VILLA JACARANDA

You can park your car in the private parking lot on the street. The property is completely fenced, via a typical Spanish staircase down and you come out on the terrace with the lovely private swimming pool (size 8 x 4 m.) with 4 sunbeds, outdoor shower, parasol and lounge set. Slightly higher up, via a small staircase, you reach the large covered terrace by means of a wooden pergola, below you will find the outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, a large dining table, with beautiful views of the pool and the valley.

Special features

– During the period from July through August, we have fixed arrival and departure days on Thursdays and Fridays. In the other months, arrival and departure days are flexible. Please contact us to discuss the options.

– We require a minimum stay of 7 days.

During July and August, pool heating is not available, as the water temperature is already pleasantly warm during these months.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS

Villa Jacaranda is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated by central heating, the costs for this are € 37.50 per week, which you must pay in advance when booking. In the period November to March, the rental price is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. The winter rates exclude interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Deposit

A deposit of € 350,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time e-mail with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. There will be no reminder. In order to manage the settlement of the deposit properly, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing guarantees via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without.

For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region: A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
