The property is fully walk-in and boasts 58sqm of living space with 10sqm of sun terrace that can accommodate up to four people. Highlights include a high-quality hotel-quality box spring bed, a rain shower, and a Bluetooth speaker built into the bathroom mirror to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In the bedroom, there is a walk-in dressing room - a lamp with Bluetooth and wine cooler function in the living room. The spacious terrace is lovingly decorated with quality lounge furniture. Your bikes can be safely stored in the bike room attached to the property. A free carport is available at the property. Four-legged guests are welcome at all times.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Laundry packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, are optionally bookable up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for € 21 per person.
If a tourist tax is charged at this property, it is already included in the overnight rate.
A dog is allowed at this property. There is a charge of €15.00 per night.

Die fewo war modern eingerichtet und die Küche super ausgestattet.
Da Hunde in der Fewo erlaubt, und wir prinzipiell überhaupt nichts gegen Hunde haben, hätten wir uns gewünscht dass das Kissen auf der Couch von den Hundehaaren gesäubert worden wäre.
Auch hätten wir uns gewünscht dass der Vogelkot auf der Terrasse und der Terrassentür entfernt worden wäre.
