Der Gast kann bis 7 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei stornieren. Danach wird eine Stornierungsgebühr von 90% des Gesamtpreises berechnet. Im Falle einer Nichtanreise (No-Show) wird 90% als Stornierungsgebühr erhoben. Der Gast zahlt 100% des Gesamtpreises bei der Anreise, gern können Sie auch im Vorfeld überweisen.

The holiday apartment is a spacious home in a listed Wilhelminian-era villa with a living room and a dining room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, one of which has underfloor heating and a built-in radio. There's also a 16-square-meter loggia where you can sit outside, even when it rains. The apartment has a total of 140 square meters. When we bought "Heimlicher Grund" in 2020, it resembled more of an enchanted old building than a villa. During the renovation of the house, we took a journey back in time to the German Empire before the First World War, which you too can share.But above all: The area surrounding Heimlicher Grund is an attractive vacation destination! The villa is located in the Thuringian Forest Nature Park and the UNESCO Thuringian Forest Biosphere Reserve. The 4,000-square-meter property is bordered to the north by the Wilde Gera River. Many hiking trails are right outside the front door. You can walk along the Wild Gera River to Liebenstein Castle. In the opposite direction, a forest path leads to St. Laurentius Church in Gräfenroda.

Dazu eine 16 Quadratmeter große Loggia, in der Sie draußen sitzen können, selbst wenn‘s regnet. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 140 Quadratmeter. Die Küche ist mit Küchenutensilien und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet.
