The surrounding area offers a wealth of attractions and experiences, promising to make your holiday truly memorable. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Internet access & TV. - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. - 1 bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. - Linen and towels are included. - Free parking on the premises is available at the property. Local Attractions and Activities: - Aylesford Priory (walk or 5-10 minutes drive) - Kent Life (5-10 minutes drive). - Leeds Castle (20 minutes drive). - Leybourne Lakes Country Park (10 minutes drive). - Mote Park (15 minutes drive). - Rochester Castle & Cathedral (20-25 minutes drive). - The Hop Farm Family Park (25 minutes drive). - Sissinghurst Castle Garden (30-40 minutes drive) - West Malling small Town- 10 minutes drive House Rules: - Check-in time is 4PM & Check-out time is 11AM. - Smoking is not allowed at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - additional guests or visitors are not allowed at the property unless prior agreement by the owners. - Space for 1 car- 2 maximum on the drive for staying guests only

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Perfect for couples who are looking to have a little getaway and want to do some cooking. Definitely the most well-equipped kitchen I have ever visited out of the many bnbs I have tried in the past. Lovely and kind hosts as well, there really is nothing to fault!.

Lovely stay , host is fantastic and a speedy responder to messages. We stayed for 6 nights and were offered clean linen and towels, an absolutely caring host who put our needs first. I would recommend this property as a great find , spotlessly clean and so very relaxing , 5 stars plus.
