Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The area of ​​Domus de Maria and Chia, located on the beautiful southwestern coast of Sardinia, is a true corner of paradise, where unspoiled nature meets the crystalline sea and dream beaches.
