Eine Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.

It is approximately 35 m2 in size and features a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave) with a dining area, a shower room with a window, and a comfortable living room with a sofa, satellite TV, and a double bed (1.80 x 2.0 m).
