Cocoonr agency offers this charming 65 m² house in Dinard for rent, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics) and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers.
It comprises a pretty 26 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two pretty bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 26 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even more comfort, le repos des vagues is equipped with a washing machine, an umbrella bed, a plancha, a fan and an iron and ironing board. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a quiet and very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
