The private salt pool (6x4 meters) is perfect for cooling off during hot summer days, while the gazebo and poolside loungers offer comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the sun. The two large verandas, furnished with sofas and garden furniture, are ideal for outdoor dinners and moments of conviviality. The barbecue available to guests allows you to prepare tasty grilled dishes.
The interiors of Villa Soave, of 160 square meters, are furnished in Mediterranean style, with particular attention to detail and comfort. The living room, large and bright, is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV. The American kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), allows you to prepare delicious meals.
Villa Soave has two double bedrooms, to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. The rooms are cared for in every detail and tastefully furnished, to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
The two bathrooms of Villa Soave are equipped with a bathtub (not hydromassage) and a walk-in shower, to offer moments of pure relaxation. The washing machine available to guests makes the stay even more comfortable.
Villa Soave is strategically located to easily reach the main attractions in the area. Punta Ciriga beach is 3 km away, while the cities of Ispica and Pozzallo are only 7 km away. The nearest supermarket (KENNEDY SHOPPING CENTER) is 600 meters away, and along the entire coast of Santa Maria del Focallo there are many restaurants and pizzerias. The bus stations of Ispica or Pozzallo are 6 km away, while Comiso airport is 90 km away.
Electricity consumption included up to 250 kw per week (36 kw per day). In case of excess consumption, an extra amount of 1.10 cents per KW will be required
