This charming 36 m² T2 apartment offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Take advantage of : - a well-decorated balcony to enjoy a small outdoor area, - a charming living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and dining area, - a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), - one bedroom with Queen size bed 160 x 200 cm, - bathroom with shower and WC, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers, - TV, satellite or cable, Wifi, books, - work desk, - ski locker, - covered parking space. After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not permitted. ## Notes Please note the following additional charges: - Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e Work is currently underway on the building's facade and balcony.
