Experience a perfect holiday in this beautiful detached ski-in/ski-out country house in Carinthia, within walking distance of the slopes of the Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald ski area, the modern gondola 'Kaiserburgbahn' and the 18-hole golf course. Located in a chic neighbourhood high above Bad Kleinkirchheim, the country house faces south and offers authentic Austrian cosiness in a typical Alpine style, with warm wooden accents, a cosy fireplace and breathtaking views of the valley and mountains surrounding Bad Kleinkirchheim. Skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim means more than 103 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, with a children's slope, a slow slope and a snowpark. Other ski areas in the Carinthian Nockberge include the family ski area Heidialm Skipark-Falkert with 12 kilometres of pistes and the ski area Turracher Höhe, a snow-assured ski area with 43 kilometres of pistes and a 1.5-kilometre-long snow park. Highly recommended is the Goldeck ski area near Spittal an der Drau, where you will find the longest black run in Austria! Discover the beautiful mountain world of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Carinthian Nockberge while skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling and/or mountain biking or relax in one of the two local thermal spas, the Römerbad therme and the St Kathrein therme. The nearby Carinthian swimming lakes Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Afritzer See, Brennsee in the family sports village of Feld am See and the public swimming pool in Radenthein provide much-needed cooling in summer and can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes. Within 5 minutes you are in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, where you will find plenty of shopping opportunities and a large selection of restaurants. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders in der Küche blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Alles war neu und gepflegt, die Innenausstattung war sehr liebevoll, selbst ein Weihnachtsbaum war vorhanden.
Wir haben uns als Familie direkt wohl gefühlt.
Ein Stauraum für Skischuhe in einem beheizten Raum fehlt leider. In der Garage kann man die Skischuhe bei Minustemperaturen nur schlecht aufbewahren.

Das Haus war sehr neu und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Besonders in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für gemeinsames Kochen und Essen benötigt.
Im Wohnzimmer war sogar ein Weihnachtsbaum aufgestellt. Wir haben uns als Familie direkt wohl gefühlt.
