Discover Luxury Beachfront Apartment V, a modern duplex apartment with stunning sea views in Porto.
Located in a prime area, this apartment offers direct beach access and is close to local attractions.
Ideal for couples, families or a relaxing getaway, with amenities such as an elevator and air conditioning for your comfort. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the second floor with sea views.
This includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (please ask for the price). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please ask for prices). The sofabed is already included for a reservation made for 5 people.
If the reservation is for 4 people or less and you wish to use the sofabed, an added charge of 20 € will be asked. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability.
After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose. Quiet hours: 21:00 to 7:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

We absolutely loved this apartment, it has gorgeous ocean views, we could open the windows and hear the waves!! The location was perfect for a quick bus ride to the city center .The place was clean and had the basic essentials. With only a 5 minute walk to the market it was easy to pick up the need...
