This absolute stunning Villa arises on hilltop of Caldera immersed into a magical atmosphere between the vastness of the sea and the sky that surrounds it.
Erossea Villa is located in Imerovigli village, west side of the Santorini island with breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and the world-famous Santorini sunset experience, with its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests in the best comfort.
As you approach the property by its unique entrance you will feel the warm welcome that only a place like this can offer, fantastic outdoors all equipped, seating areas with built-in sofas, impressive table with chairs for you to enjoy al fresco meals or cooling drinks over its nonpareil views.
The 2-level property features 1 luxury guest house on the ground floor and 3 fantastic master bedrooms on the upper level.
The ground level offers a large bright and spacious living room with dining area for up to 6 people, an open plan kitchenette and 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size bed and en-suite bathrooms, one also offers sea view, while the other includes 2 single beds that can be made as double on request, with en-suite bathroom.
The upper level features an as much big and bright living room with dining table for up to 6 guests, a fantastic well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view and the other with queen size bed. There is also an extra bathroom on this level. The spacious terrace offers private heated swimming pool (temperature 28 degrees), hydrotherapy pool, a fantastic dining area and of course a sun-lounging area.
Its matchless interior shows class and luxury along with the best comfort you will ever experience.
All in white, its minimal style emphasises the elegance and uniqueness of this fantastic holiday villa, even though complete of all the latest comfort is still reflecting what is the style of this beautiful island.
The airport is only 15 minutes’ drive as well as Athinios Port while public parking is just above the property.
The nearest beach is 3.5 km away while the closest shops are just around the corner.

Santorini is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque islands in the Mediterranean. It is one of the Cycladic islands and it rests on an ancient volcano.
Among the attractions of the island there are its unique, traditional villages perched on the cliffs of the caldera.
Santorini basically offers the opportunity of a tranquil and relaxing holiday, but it also has a vibrant nightlife and it is interesting also from an historical point of view.
The island can be reached by sea and by plane having one of the biggest airport of the Cyclades.
The village of Imerovigli offers a wide choice of shops and excellent restaurants, which are within few minutes walk from the property.
Rental rules
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 14:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.
Erossea Villa provides daily cleaning, daily change of towels and change of the linen on request – green card. Should the guests require extra housekeeping service, please advise us at the time of booking.
The guests are responsible for the proper and decent behaviour of his/her party.
The refundable security deposit is € 500 and has to be pre- paid before arrival.
The booking rates include breakfast service.
Should the guest require a private chef or a caterer, please advise us the details at the time of the
booking. All quoted charges are required to be prepaid at the time of booking.

We are available on our emergency contact which will be provided at the check-in.
We can offer assistance and suggestions for any kind of interesting activities, such as excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences and much more.

Astonishing
We have had a fantastic time here for 3 days! Terrific terrace, heated pool, whirlpool. The house is amazing, with two large rooms, refined bathrooms, excellent wifi connection.I recommend this house for couples, family or friends! You will not be disappointed!Source: My Rental Homes

Stunning view!
We chose this wonderful villa for our holiday in Santorini and we were totally satisfied. The villa is gorgeous and the view amazing. We spent most of our time when we were there by the pool or the Jacuzzi on the terrace and we also loved to eat under the patio enjoying the view over the sea.
