Villa Elmas is located in one of the most privileged areas of Mykonos (Pirgi), perched on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea and the islands of Paros and Delos. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 7 guests (one in sofa bed). It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge where you can relax, high ceilings beautiful views and it is suitable for couples, activities for one person, business travelers, families (with children) and pets. The courtyard of the entrance will impress you with its garden and the beautiful outdoor dining area, while the veranda, the private swimming pool with its large seating area, the bbq, the bar and the large dining room overlooking the Greek Riviera, will enchant you from the morning waking up enjoying your breakfast but also all day long by swimming, sunbathing by listening to music from the modern sound system with wireless control and also in the evening enjoying your cocktail overlooking the illuminated boats. The villa offers comfortable parking, laundry wi-fi, A/C in all areas and alarm system. The furniture is a combination of Cycladic architecture with a modern minimalist decoration. The villa is just 3 minutes from the most famous beach of Mykonos, the Super Paradise and only 12 minutes from the Mykonos country, while the airport is 5 minutes away, as well as the biggest super market of the island. Rental rules Minimum stay: 4 night; 5 nights in July and August Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00. A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
