Die Lage ist dank Ortsrand sehr ruhig und unweit des Kletterparks. Auch zum Predigtenstuhl ist es nicht weit. Kurzum ein guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen. Auch im Ort gibt es zumindest ein hervorragendes Gasthaus „Bayerwald“ und einen sehr gut sortierten Edeka.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende als Familie dort. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll. Restaurants sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Gleich gegenüber ist der Kletterwald und es gehen auch einige Wanderwege von dort los. Der Baumwipfelpfad und die Rodelbahn sind blos 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfern...
Was wir nicht so gut fanden war die Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnbereich. Schaut toll aus, ist aber total unbequem.
