Spacious holiday apartment with a fireplace situated in the district Lochham in the western part of Munich.

Details about Holiday Apartment #1 "Caroline" 2-room studio with balcony, 54 sqm on the 1st floor / non-smoking residence / no pets / *Cozy atmosphere, fully equipped, modern furnishings, subtle decoration, wooden floors, tiled stove, Wi-Fi / *2-room apartment with 1 bedroom (ideal for 1-2 people) The bedroom is, however, large enough to also set up a baby crib. A guest bed (air bed or cot) for an additional person is available only on request and for a fee. -The living area is open with fitted kitchen and dining area, with bay window and access to the balcony, large glass sliding door to balcony (electric shutters), soapstone stove. -With a two-seater sofa + daybed in blue velour, living wall, table. -Entertainment: 40" LCD TV, DVD, radio-CD, -Cooking: fitted kitchen with stove + ceramic hob, blue standing fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, extractor, coffee maker, coffee capsule machine (Bosch Tassimo), kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, dish towels, and much more, -Dining: Dining table 1.60m x 0.90m + 4 chairs. -Bedroom: with 1 double bed (not divisible = 1.80m x 2.00m), wardrobe, bedside tables, 32" TV, computer work corner, touch-me bedside lamps, the beds are made up on arrival - Spare bed / linen is available, -bright shower bathroom with WC, bidet, bathroom cabinet, brightly tiled, marble floor, sufficient towels are available. Tolle FeWo, die sehr wohnlich eingerichtet ist und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Hab mich sofort wohl gefühlt dort. Bushaltestelle DIREKT vorm Haus, in 9 Minuten an den Pasing Arkaden->Lage perfekt. Buchung,Aufenthalt,Abreise,etc. verlief total reibungslos und unkompliziert.
