The 3-room terrace apartment (60m2) has been freshly renovated and has its own entrance area.
Living room with cozy sofa and TV, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining room with access to the terrace.
2 bedrooms with double beds, nightstands, and wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine/dryer.
Throughout the apartment, there is a light oak floor (underfloor heating).
The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Wetterstein mountain range.
2 lounge hanging chairs and a small table with 2 chairs invite for cozy hours.
Also beautiful is the view into the lovely garden with many trees and plants.

The residential building is located in the district of Burggraben/Leutasch in an excellent location that is highly recommended for people seeking peace and relaxation.
