Villa 4 is an impressive property in the village of Mullion, based in the popular county of Cornwall.
This is made for groups or families looking for a getaway due to boasting onsite facilities such as heated swimming pools, a spa, a gym, alongside seaside views from the balcony.
Step into your new holiday base and walk up the stairs into the open-plan living area, which is begging to be chilled in. Sit back on either sofa and sink into the furniture as you switch into holiday mode.
Let the breeze tickle your face as you open the doors onto the balcony.
Get lost in the view as you become hypnotised by the waves gently crashing ashore.
Once you’ve settled in, go for a walk on-site and let the kids feel free in the playground.
Test one another on the tennis court or see who is the quickest in the water with a race in one of the swimming pools.
After some activities, listen to your rumbling stomach and make the most out of the kitchen in your holiday abode.
Use the electric oven and hobs to dish up something for everyone sitting around the dining table.
When every plate is empty, make your way downstairs and into the garden to enjoy the sunset together.
The stars will then suddenly appear, so when they do call it a night, in one of the three double beds.

Villa 4 consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, WC and TV, a double, and a double (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and storage, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking are allowed on this property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Have a stylish getaway with family or friends at Villa 4. Note: Guests have access to a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym, outdoor tennis court, outdoor children’s playground, bar, restaurant and spa that are onsite.
Please note, the onsite facilities (heated swimming pool, outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor tennis court, outdoor children playground, bar, restaurant and spa) at Villa 4 will not be available from the 1st January 2026 to the beginning of April 2026 - As a result, a 10% discount will be automatically to your booking - Please do contact Cornish Cottage Holidays should you wish to discuss further.
