The holiday flat is located in a house built in 1997 and is furnished in the typical regional style. The property is situated in a holiday complex. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. The following is available for use: sun lounger.

Colà di Lazise, 76 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex. Lazise is a resort on the southern shores of Lake Garda, which belongs to the Italian province of Verona. The village consists of three hamlets Lazise, Cola di Lazise and Pacengo di Lazise. Access is via a field or forest track. Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Heating. Both are to be paid for on site. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation until the end of September, 15 m x 30 m, 1.5 m deep). Paddling pool and children's pool (3 m x 10 m, 0.5 m deep).

allowed, EUR 25.00/pet per stay.
Distances
Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 500 m, town centre 1000 m. Thermal bath in Colà di Lazise 1500 m. In summer: Vista Lago di Garda 2 km in Pacengo (beach 2 km in Pacengo with sand and pebbles).
