Cocoonr offers you a spacious three-storey 400 m² house to rent in Annecy-le-Vieux, just 200 m from the lake and a 6-minute drive from the centre of Annecy.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it has a secure swimming pool, a large enclosed garden of 1200m² and several parking spaces.
Children are particularly welcome here, with a playroom and dormitory room entirely dedicated to them. Nearby amenities: The Villa is located 6 minutes' drive from the town centre and 200m from the lake and beach. - There is a cycle path right outside the house and easy access around the lake! - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 5 minutes' drive away. Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the Villa, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 10 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the Maison. Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden, room monitor to assess the intensity of the noise. - This accommodation is not suitable for pets - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
