The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - 18 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with adjoining 2 m² balcony - Bedroom 2: a single bed (110x200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90x200) - Bathroom with bath Outside - A 10 m² north-facing wooden terrace - 150 m² shared garden, north-facing Free access to the wellness centre for residents of the residence, every day from 3pm to 7pm: - A 10 x 5 m² shared swimming pool (heated during the winter period - from early December to late April - and during the summer period - from late June to early September).
Opening date non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - Sauna - Hammam The flat is ideally located in Les Orres, in very pleasant surroundings.

Activities : - Passp'Orres" Multi-Activities Pass: this pass gives access to several activities such as the ice rink (except at night), cinema, chairlifts on foot, sledging sessions on rails ("L'Orrian Express"), and discounts - Snowshoeing: several routes for walking in the snow, with nature, larch trees and panoramic views. - Sledge dogs, airboarding, snake-gliding and rail tobogganing, for a fun time away from skiing. - Hiking/walking: numerous trails for all levels, splendid panoramas (Lac de Serre-Ponçon, larch forests, belvederes) to discover. - Paragliding / ULM / ballooning: aerial activities to see the mountains from the sky Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle).
