We offer two apartments in the center of Cala D'Or, a lively area just a few minutes' walk from beautiful beaches.
Each apartment is cozy and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a private terrace.
The spaces are bright and well-ventilated.
The apartments have been completely renovated and all equipment is new. Each bedroom has a double bed.
The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchenware, cutlery, and more, ensuring a comfortable stay. This is a fully renovated and welcoming space with Mediterranean style.
The apartments are quite spacious, offering 50 m² of living area plus a 25 m² terrace with a pergola. Located in the central area of Cala D'Or, you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
Several stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters are just a 4-minute walk away.
The area is vibrant and lively until midnight during the season (April to September) and remains very peaceful for the rest of the year.
Please note that the apartment is situated in a busy area and some noise is to be expected. The property is equipped with a security alarm system. Important: The apartment is located in a nightlife area.
