Moser Living Puerto Rico is located less than a kilometer from Puerto Rico beach, with beautiful panoramic views of the urban area of Puerto Rico.
The property has a private, heated pool area with a shower and gas barbecue, as well as a large outdoor dining area, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying the sun and views of the Puerto Rico valley with family or friends.
The accommodation has four double bedrooms plus one shared bedroom with three single beds, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, living room with big screen tv and unlimited wifi.
The property has two covered parking spaces.
Even though everything is within walking distance from the apartment, a car is highly recommended to fully experience the area and the island as well. Puerto Rico is a tourist resort located on the coast of the municipality of Mogán, in the southwest of the island of Gran Canaria, where you will find all kinds of leisure activities, restaurants, pubs/discos, shopping centers, and, of course, golden sandy beaches. A deposit of 200€ will be required at check-in, which will be returned to you on departure once the property has been checked. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. - Please refrain from making noise in the parking and pool area after 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends. - Do not place objects on the railing or throw cigarettes/trash.
There are neighbors living below. - Always return remote controls for televisions, air conditioners, fans, and outdoor awnings to their proper place. - If you use the grill, please clean it afterwards. - Turn off the air conditioners when you are not inside the house. - Place dirty clothes and towels in the designated laundry baskets. - The trash containers are at the top of the roundabout, to the right of the green gate. - Please treat the house with respect and report any damage immediately, otherwise you will be charged for it.
