Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The best way to get to the property is by car. Ponta Delgada Airport is just 45 minutes away. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This three-bedroom house is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in a calm area.

The house is in an incredible location with breathtaking views of the lake! (You need a car to get there.) The living room is bright and cosy, very comfortable. The kitchen is simple but does the job, and the bedrooms are very nice. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Can recommend this place! We did a teambuilding on the Azores and used this place to spend mornings and sleep. the location is exceptional - very private, very green. The house itself is spatious and cozy, has AC in every room - it was warm.
If you seek for a quiet soulful place to spend your time - this is your choice

The most beautiful house on the entire lake with the best views. Great value for money and probably the best air bnb I’d ever stayed at. Only issue was there were a lot of bugs but to be expected with how deep in nature you are. Great nature reset and disconnect from the rest of the world.
