This is a little house completely renovated in 2014/15, very quietly situated, near the reservoir lake in the recreational area of Oberrabenstein in Chemnitz.
The house of around 40m² is on a 400m² site with its own parking space. The living room has modern furnishing, including a leather corner sofa, and a 40“ LED TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and stereo system for entertainment, and a games console on request.
