This beautiful, comfortable holiday home in wooden logs with gallery and balcony is situated in a quiet hillside location.
The cosy furnishings with the red and white checked curtains convey the cottage character that many holidaymakers appreciate in the mountains.
Your new home away from home offers you the opportunity to rest and relax.
The large living/dining room (with underfloor heating) is furnished with two leather sofas, a large flat-screen TV and a corner seating area.
After a visit to the private sauna, you can spend pleasant hours by the crackling open fire.
In the entrance area you will find a utility room and a bathroom with shower and WC.
In the basement there is another bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and SAUNA.
The two bedrooms (one with double bed and double bedroom; 2nd bedroom with four-poster bed) give you access to the fenced terrace with garden furniture.
In the village centre of St.
Margarethen, approx. 200 m away, you will find an ADEG shop and restaurants...The ski slope is approx. 300 m away and in summer the wonderful hiking trails of the Lungau region beckon.
The nearest golf course is 2 km away and Lake Millstatt is about 1/2 hour away.
The World Heritage Site of Moosham Castle is only 2 km away.
The film "Die Wanderhure" with Alexandra Neldel was shot there.
The castle also serves as a photo and film set.
