The property is a typical stone farmhouse immersed in the countryside around Volta Mantovana, in a small hilly hamlet about 1.5 km from the town centre.
It is immersed in greenery and nature, among the moraines south of Lake Garda, on the banks of the River Mincio (about 500 metres away).The flats are about 45 square metres and have an independent entrance.
They consist of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 1.80 m) and a bunk bed (0.80 x 1.80 m), as well as a wardrobe.
The bathroom, with a small ante-bathroom, is equipped with a washbasin, mirror, WC, bidet and shower.
The living room offers a sofa bed for two persons, heating with thermostat and meter, a table with six chairs, and an open kitchen.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishes, cutlery, tablecloths, dishtowels, pots, pans, glasses, espresso machine, electric filter coffee machine, electric oven, four-burner gas hob with electric ignition, and sink with dish rack.The complete renovation of part of the farmhouse has led to the creation of four new flats created from the old porches.
They feature exposed wooden beams and overlook the courtyard.
Two flats are on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
